Join the SPX Flow Technology IT Team, and provide day to day tactical resolution of IT issues, support and integration under the management of the IT Manager for the region. Work locally within Eastern Europe to provide support and solution management for localized business requirements.
1.Work with local regional management to take issues to resolution through IT management group
2.Provide ownership of 1st and 2nd line support to all users within region for IT systems
3.Provide software and hardware configuration to SPX standards, and maintain operational effectiveness and compliance to system integrity
4.Assist with Global or regional projects as directed
5.Maintain implement and improve on working practices to better the organization, IT skill sets and Globalization of IT knowledge
6.Support communications, and take accountability for IT cost management within the Eastern Europe region
•5 years Professional experience in an IT organization
•Strong knowledge of Windows XP/Vista, PC hardware installation and configuration
•Good understanding of Desktop support and PC configuration
•Working knowledge of Active Directory, Domino/Lotus Notes and working knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN
•Fluent English speaker
